The Brief:
Support new owner to re-establish Stylophone as a recognised brand of affordable UK designed analogue synthesisers.
Activities:
Built long term financial model to forecast sales, purchases, stock and cashflow requirements
Support and advise owner to:
Establish processes and identify suppliers to take bench prototypes of new products through to commercial manufacture
Identify and negotiate with Far East manufacturers to supply products in volume
Regain control of pricing and sales channels in the UK and overseas
Restructure international and UK distribution, set up retail trade accounts and sell direct from the website and on Amazon
Results:
Stylophone continues to grow rapidly, generating profitable sales both in the UK and internationally both from its original heritage products and a range of newly launched products that continue to receive great reviews from musicians.
