The Brief:

Support new owner to re-establish Stylophone as a recognised brand of affordable UK designed analogue synthesisers.

Activities:

  • Built long term financial model to forecast sales, purchases, stock and cashflow requirements

Support and advise owner to:

  • Establish processes and identify suppliers to take bench prototypes of new products through to commercial manufacture

  • Identify and negotiate with Far East manufacturers to supply products in volume

  • Regain control of pricing and sales channels in the UK and overseas

  • Restructure international and UK distribution, set up retail trade accounts and sell direct from the website and on Amazon

Results:

Stylophone continues to grow rapidly, generating profitable sales both in the UK and internationally both from its original heritage products and a range of newly launched products that continue to receive great reviews from musicians.
