The Brief:

Reorganise and manage the full-service in-house marketing department of a leading equipment manufacturer and distributor of 200 brands to the film, TV, theatre and live entertainments industries.

  • Activities:

  • Re-organise and recruit team

  • Establish service levels in-house, with other group companies and with partner brands from board level downwards.

  • Increase focus on digital marketing, build major new website, create content generation plans, run social media and email marketing campaigns, measure and and improve their performance

  • Launch new brands and products to the UK

  • Build employee progression to ensure smooth handover at the end of the interim assignment clearly defining roles and responsibilities

Results:

Moved company focus from traditional to digital marketing. Greatly increased engagement with customers, supplier brands and inhouse. Dramatically improved content quality and output whilst reducing overall marketing overhead costs.
